Ο Τριγωνοψαρούλης επιστρέφει… για να ελευθερώσει τα ψάρια από τη σκλαβιά του θεματικού πάρκου που φτιάχνεται στο όνομά του, χωρίς την έγκρισή του.
Ο Τριγωνοψαρούλης επιστρέφει… για να γίνει για λίγο, με τη βοήθεια της οικολόγου Μπέτυς και του μαγικού μαργαριταριού της, άνθρωπος, ώστε να αντιμετωπίσει τον Άρη.
Ο Τριγωνοψαρούλης επιστρέφει για να πει σε όλους: «Δεν είμαι ήρωας, είμαι αντιήρωας. Δεν είμαι εγώ ο σταρ των καναλιών, είμαι μονάχα ένα ψαράκι που κολυμπάει στα βιβλία των παιδιών…».
