Ένας δεινόσαυρος, ο Ρος, αποφασίζει να περάσει ένα ευχάριστο καλοκαίρι. Ξεφεύγει από τις σελίδες του βιβλίου της Ιστορίας, γίνεται φίλος με τον Δημήτρη, που μόλις τέλειωσε την Γ´ Δημοτικού, και ταξιδεύει μαζί του.
Λένε ότι οι δεινόσαυροι είχαν λίγο… μυαλό. Ο Ρος όμως είναι… μαθηματικό κεφάλι. Λύνει σταυρόλεξα και γρίφους, σχολιάζει με χιούμορ όσα συμβαίνουν γύρω του και αποδεικνύει στα παιδιά ότι και οι πιο δύσκολες ασκήσεις γίνονται διασκεδαστικές, όταν λύνονται με κέφι και καλή καρδιά.
