Alexander the Great

Alexander the Great was one of the greatest figures in history. His father was the king of Macedonia Philip and his mother Olympias. He became king when he was only twenty years old. His big dream was to conquer Asia, which he realized in almost ten years. He founded many cities with his name, which were centers of transmission of Greek culture. No one knows what the world would be like today if Alexander did not die when he was just 33 years old.
